I know most won't care about this, but it seems Emmy Rossum (Phantom of the Opera) is putting out a record. If there was one actress who--after hearing her sing in a film--I'd buy an album of, it would be her. She has a beautiful voice. However, I'm not sure what's going on with this single. Why would they modulate and "enhance" her voice? Unlike most pop starlets... she doesn't need it!

Ditto...it's one thing to have an actor who can sing, such as Gerard Butler in Phantom, he does a great job. But next to Emmy, man, who knew she could belt out those notes.

Though, I'll buy it if she delivers it herself!
