arent they hitting JAX? if i remember my trips down 95, that isnt too far- like 48 miles once you cross into FL.

Eh, don't really care. STP hasn't made a good album since their second effort. I saw Weiland live when he was with Velvet Revolver and he is good performer...so I would assume the show would be fun. IMO, a very overrated band.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, so I am not gonna waste time trying to convince you otherwise (i hate when people do that- whay cant there be more 'agree to disagree)

But, at some point when I am not in the office at 630am for the sole purpose of studying for the CPA Exam, i'll respond with more detail about why I love the band and what they have to offer.

If only he could have been semi trouble free in the late 90's, think of where they'd be.

I always missed when VR came around, but I did record their live show on HD Net and it looked fun, but not the same as the STP show I saw back in the
90's

Core and Purple are great and I mean great but and that is where their albums stop for me. Tiny Music blah blah has some decent songs. No. 4 besides Down is terrible and Shangri La Di Do Diddi Da is terrible. I can't even remember a song off the album it is that bad.

STP has Pearl Jam syndrome but I love Pearl Jam. Their first few records are amazing and everyone wants that but they don't give it to them. Most people I've talked to think that PJ is awful now since they don't produce music that is similar to Ten.

I don't want to get into a pissing match about STP because to me they are overrated and you aren't going to change my opinion and I'm not going to convince you that they aren't great.
