Kill Bill uncut

I am sure there is a bunch of threads about this, but I took a quick search and there wer so many, I decided to just start another one hoping to get a quick answer. I am looking for the cheapest uncut version of Kill Bill vol 1. I am replacing the one I lost on the plane and paying 40 bucks for the JP one on top of 100 just plain sucks. I did find this one: http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.asp...ection-videos/: Is this uncut? Thanks.

After much searching when it was released, and various places advertising different regions as being uncut, the only true uncut version I found was, and currently is, the R2 NTSC Japanese DVD.

This might be useful too:

Cheapest place to get it uncut?
well, hit me up with a PM. I can hook you up with a trade.....

By the way, a slight 'problem' with the Japanese KILL BILL DVDs:

The English subtitle option is for the ENTIRE movie only.
That means when they are speaking Japanese,
it is subtitled in English,
and when they are speaking in English,
it is also subtitled in English.

So either you watch it all the way through with subtitles,
or press the on and off button at good timing.....

i wouldn't so much call this a problem (or a 'problem') so much as a fact you should take into account when ordering outside your region.

if yr gonna decide to run with the big boys, you might wanna know what you're in for :P

Given the double/triple dips that are being planned for KB, I wouldn't even bother

I already purchased the two Japanese Premium Box sets and I really want to have the complete set. I might buy the big box set again that puts the two as one film, but for me, that doesn't even seem to be all the great. The two volumes are so different, I really don't see that they will mesh that well. We shall see.

I got the Japanese Volume 1 and 2 boxset recently from eBay for £15.51 UK including delivery and it arrived within two working days. It was still shrink wrapped and the DVD cases had security seals.

I'm really happy to have finally got them, more importantly Volume 1, at such a great price.

To see the House of Blue Leaves scene in all its colourful glory was spectacular.
