You're probably going to need a program called "DVD region+CSSfree" (or something similar). Unless of course your DVD-rom is codefree. In that case all you need is "DVD-Genie" (free download) to trick Power DVD.

Although... I'm pretty sure Battle Royale is a codefree DVD anyway. So just forget everything I said.

I have all kinds of PAL discs that I have "obtained" that play flawlessly with power dvd.

DVD-ROM drives are easy to make region-free.

pc screens don't work like a regular tv, they don't use pal and ntsc and secam.
