What's up?
A couple weeks ago, I bought The Pianist and The Recruit at Best Buy and neither of them had the chapter insert sheet inside! Today I picked up Old School at Best Buy, and surprise surprise, it didn't have the chapter sheet in it either! I know a lot of dvds aren't coming with them now, but my friend's copy of the Recruit had a chapter sheet in it.

We have a thread on DVD's without inserts. I know at least two of the movies you mentioned don't include any. Best Buy isn't to blame.

Numerous releases are now coming without inserts.
