I could see this working in an airport or something, but not in a store. This has to be one of the oddest moves by BB in a while.

Probably an idea doomed to fail, but this could be useful for those high demand titles on the opening week. Blockbusters tend to have 50-100 copies of select movies, and when they're all gone, it means there are enough customers demanding to see these movies.
