Keep case.

The snap case is like a cockroach: you know it was put on Earth for a reason, but for the love of God you can't figure out what it could be.

what i'd like to see is a third type of case, making it that much harder to store my collection of dvds in any manner that will make them easy to find (now i have two sets of alphabatized dvds, one for snap case and one for keep case). so the new case would have to be different from the other 2 dimensionwise. oh wait, i just remembered, my picture disc Army of Darkness DVD came in a different size case. so all this is for naught.

MORE PICTURE DISCS! MORE PICTURES DISCS!

I like the alpha keepcase but as long as I get the movie I am happy even if the damn thing comes in a paper sleeve.

Hey. Can someone send me that OH MY GOD? I like that. gregskywalker@aol.com

I don't like either. CD cases reeeeaally suck. Remember this cardboard vinyl gatefold covers? Give me something I can keep and celebrate already...I mean I'm paying for it right. Environment friendly. Okay, I agree not to throw my DVD and CD cases in the ground. I want the Blade Runner Special Edition DVD in a metal bound case and etched thank you.

As if this topic hasn't been covered 3 zillion times!!!

If you want to see some great cases aside from the usual snapper/keep/alpha lot, check out porn DVDs. That's right porno DVDs have tons of weird style cases. Like one with a jewel button inside a keep-like case, a tri-style keep-like button inside a book-like case, a tri-style alpha-like button (that's right even worse than alphas, it has three places you must press) inside an alpha-like case, etc.

How do I know all this... uh, a "friend" showed me.

Speaking of Porn, they seem to have the market cornered also when it comes to having the best features on the DVDs (interactive games, MULTI ANGLES!!!!), etc. And, most of them can be had for right at $10 if you know where to shop...How do I know this? It's only natural, man.....

I prefer keep case type designs over snappers.

If you want

to know how someone added something to their post, just click on the edit post button (it's the 2nd or 3rd icon to the right of the post's date/time stamp, looks like this: ).

In this case, he just typed the following:
<.h1>OH MY GOD<./h1> (I added in the two "." so the html codes would show up).

Hope that helps.

Blade,

I don't think people are asking about the larger font in the message. I think they are interested in the background sound effect.

For any who are interested, this type of information can also be found by editing a message. In this case, the sound was achieved by inserting the following (without the leading '.'):

<.bgsound src="http://www.pcisys.net/~istagi/ohmygod.wav" loop="1">

You should be able to download a copy of the file from this link:

http://www.pcisys.net/~istagi/ohmygod.wav

Robodad,

I think that must be IE specific, because I don't hear any sounds either (Netscape 4.7).

That's probably why I missed it.

And yet, notice how my answer would still lead them to their desired results.
