Where is my free Disney DVD? - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

Back in December I bought a couple of Disney animated features on DVD and sent in the proofs of purchase for a free DVD. It is now March and I still have not recieved it. Is there a phone number I can call to check the status of my free DVD? I do not know why it takes so long since I could get it a couple of days from reel.com.

Disney is different from Reel. Reel has multiple warehouses to ship from. You are getting you DVD straight from a rebate house. It takes anywhere from eight to ten weeks to receive the DVD. According to the mouse hole, orders were a little underexpected and they have a back log. It will take four week longer(twelve to fourteen weeks) than expected to get the free disc.
