DVDExpress and E-mail!

I've been trying to reach them via mail the last few days, but the mails won't go through. I've tried both (for example) dvdguarantee@express.com and dvdguarantee@dvdexpress.com, but none of them seem to be working. Is the problem in my end, or have any one of you experienced this???

If I can reach a company via 800 number I try to avoid email.

Customer Service Department, open Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and on weekends from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. PST. Call (888) DVD-9700 from within the U.S. (International callers, please dial (323) 465-1271)
Haven't tried emailing DVDExpress in awhile though.

Looks like the new address for questions regarding DVD Express orders is orders@express.com.

I have used e-mail to contact DVD Express in the past and have always been impressed by the quick response--usually within 3 to 4 hours.
