Trying Online DVD Rentals Again. - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

Hey all. . .

I'm thinking about trying Online DVD rentals again. I dumped my NetFlix account some time back due to slow DVD turn around that made the whole experience seem too expensive.

Basically, I live in Michigan and it seemed for a while there that NetFlix's shipping turn around was sooooooo damn slow.

I've been looking at a site called DvD Rental Central dot com. Their deal is unlimited rentals up to 5 DVDs at one time for $19.95. Anyone try this site? Yea? Nay?

For people using NetFlix and living on the East Coast, are you happy with the service? Shipping slow, faster, the same?

Any thoughts would be great. Thanks.

I'm in the S.F. Bay Area so Netflix mail turnaround is not bad for me. I find they are getting slow with checking in received DVDs and mailing new ones out.....

This new place sounds cool.. especially with the DVDBucks.....

It might be worhwhile if they have the Netflix.com selection and more DVDs in stock.....
