What is more controversial?

Dolby Digital vs dts?

LD audio vs DVD audio?

Jurassic Park DD vs dts?

Jurassic Park DVD vs LD?f

Denon's decision to ship the DVD-2800 in lieu of all the problems they've been fixing with firmware updates. Was this a good decision by Denon?

Just curious as to which issues stirs up the most discussion and emotion.....

Peace......

Integrated amps vs. separates seems to be pretty hot to: Dennon 5800 vs Separates.

CD vs. MP3?

howabout:

DVD-Audio cover art with stupid borders vs. DVD-Audio cover art with no stupid borders.

Perhaps not very controversial, but indeed it stirs a few of my emotions (read: rage).

Let's not forget: Alpha vs Snapper Hey, I had to cover all the possible combinations.

Britney vs Christie !!!! Damn, I'm getting old, there girls don't do it for me. I guess my question is....

Alyssa Milano vs Jennifer Love Hewitt

Ok, let's be serious for a minute. My take would be:

Audio DVD vs SACD

Let's not forget editing down JAWS' "making of" documentary for the more edgy, interactive DVD market in lieu of the more comprehensive, film student-friendly, unedited version on the LaserDisc.

It still burns my ass that they chopped it in half and some people in the DVD market are kosher with it! Kudos to Columbia for not editing down the similarly in-depth CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND documentary...
