What am I doing wrong?

First, there is this whole fiasco:
http://www.dvdfile.com/interactive/f...ML/000405.html

Now, I tried to rent "DicK" from Netflix.com. It never showed and I reported it lost. They offered to send me another one and I agree.

TWO other DVDs were released to ship about the SAME time the "Dick" replacement was set to ship. I received the OTHER TWO DVDs yesterday, but NOT the movie "Dick".

I wrote to Netflix.com indicating that "Dick" had NOT been received with the SECOND batch of DVDs that went out and they told me to complain to my postmaster if there are delivery delays.

I *thought* I was telling them that it seemed rather odd that I would have delivery problems with "Dick" a SECOND time in a row....

Does Netflix.com not care if I keep reporting the SAME DVD as being lost over and over again? I have NOT reported this second "Dick" DVD lost yet. I will if it is not here by Monday.

Am I missing something here? Am I no longer compatible with e-business any more????

Peace....

First of all, that was a hilarious read. The least you could have done, was pretend that you were having trouble with a different title, so immature kids like me don't crack up at all 20 or so times that you mentioned the title of your lost movie...I'm terribly sorry, now I feel like a "Dick". (I truly am sorry for the jokes, I am usually more tolerant than this). If I were you, I would just give up on it, and go out and rent it from Hollywood Video or something.
I hope that NetFlix does not have a reputation for this sort of thing, I was thinking of subscribing.

They are only so many "I lost my Dick" jokes that we can make.

You know, Johnny Carson was right...some jokes DO write themselves.

Well, now that I've seen the movie, I think Netflix was actually doing me a favor by mailing it such that it would get lost in the mail.

About the only good thing about the movie was hearing Kirsten Dunst speak her cheesy "Dick" lines... "You can't let 'Dick' run your life", which she told her friend. Stuff like that....

Peace.....
