Whatever happend to band music.

Whatever happend to artistic music by talented musicians.

All we hear and talk about today is computer generated music and DJ's.

This is not music this is so boring and dull.
There is no artistic ability involved with these so called DJ's. The media and the corporates have brain washed everyone into believing that it is the "in music".

The corporate mongruls have destroyed the bands and the artists by entering this computer generated market in order to make more money.

Todays music simply has no soul.

Bring back the live bands and let the talented musicians rise.

I think there's plenty of real bands around.

Also, complaining about computer generated music seems kinds of like a cop out to me. An instrument is an instrument. It seems about as silly as complaining about "eectric" guitars not being like good old acoustic guitars. It's all splitting hairs.

I will agre though that it's pretty lame to "sample". Combining a bunch of samples into a repetitive pattern makes for crappy music.

And yes, this belongs in Off Topic. Moving there.
