Color Question
I have been attempting to adjust my color on my TV with the SW DVD. My biggest problem I have is that the only choices on my TV are...
Picture Color Tint Bright Sharp It's a cheap 27 inc RCA Anyway I adjusted as best as I could (I never even heard of the glasses things for that one test) The Picutre definitly looks better during DVD's it looks great but it is a little to dark for regular TV viewing. Is this normal or have I changed it to drastically or is it just my sorry TV. Any help will be appreciated. Using the setup material on a THX disc is a good start. I would suggest picking up the AVIA or Video Essentials dvd. It goes more indepth to system calibration than a THX disc has the space for. After proper calibration, the display will seem dark, till you get use to it. You may also be able to save the settings in a user preferance mode, then go back to burn mode for regular TV viewing.
