HDTV Antenna
Hi guys - I live Northern Virginia and am trying to set up HD channels on my 61" Hitatchi and would like to know if anyone can recommend a good but low cost directional outdoor/roof antenna.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Scott

sdveirs,
Try WWW.TITANTC.COM and look for the "Antenna Selector" Link after you register. Another good resource is WWW.ANTENNAWEB.ORG |

The Good Guys sells one for around $100. My friend has a hi-def big screen too but he opted to put off the antenna. However, the one at the Good Guys got him REAL tempted. Not sure if there is a store by you but I'd try places like that (Circuit City too). Maybe Good Guys even has a website.

The Good Guys website. Dunno what you can get there, but from my understandng of ATSC, in theory, if you can get a strong signal with a pair of rabit ears, you can use those same rabit ears to pick up HDTV, since they usse the same carrier signal.
