Very basic question

Is it possible to play any region DVD on a PC or do I have to stick within region 2? I appreciate this is a very basic question but I am new to this whole area

You need a multi-region capable or "region free" DVD player to play non-region 2 DVDs.

You can ge more info on these players here:

http://www.dvdbuyingguide.com/

Also, I moved thread to Hardware, since it's a more appropriate "home" for this topic....

Good luck!

Peace....
