What a relief !!

My beloved Velodyne SPL1200 sub started making this loud clicking sound 2 nights ago during a low end passage in K19 Widomaker. I kept repeating the passage to try and figure out exactly where it was coming from, and was convinced that the amp was the culprit. Disgusted, I called it a night and figured I'd have to take it back for service.

Well, last night, I happened to have my hand against the amp plate and noticed the clicking sound diminished. I then pushed on the plate, and low-and-behold, it stopped! All I had to do was tighten down all the tiny phillips head screws and the problem was solved.

In hindsight, it was a simple problem with a simple fix, but I gotta tell you - I was preparing for the worst, and instead, got an early Christmas present!
