Denon 1803 or Onkyo TX-SR600

I feel I've outgrown my old Onkyo TX-DS494 receiver. I'd like the added benefits of EX/ES decoding, ProLogic II center width adjustments, and the ability to tune each speaker more acurately. The TX-DS494 is an amazing receiver, in terms of power it is clean sounding with amazing decoding of DD and DTS sound formats, but the above features are lacking. Also I am considering opening up for expandability to a DVD-R, so Component Video Switching would become necessary. I've pretty much decided I am getting either a Denon 1803 or an Onkyo TX-SR600.

If any of you own or have owned either of these receivers and have comments on them, I would appreciate your response.

For my current setup, please click on the "My HT" link in my sig.

Right now I have a Denon AVR 3200 and am quite pleased with it's performance over the last three years. I have no trouble recomending Denon equipment whatsoever. If you have your heart set on the Okyo, send their support team an email asking if they have solved the problem that a lot of manufactures were having last year with the DD Audio cutting out. Other than that, Onkyo gets good reviews at all the sebsites that I have been to, but I personally have no experience with their product.
