looking at Polk set up
Polk Audio PSW404- sub
Polk Audio RM6005 Titanium Speaker System- four bookshelf+center Found this on the Future Shop website.... altogether package would be under $1000... Good deal for the cash? Don't really know much about Polk... have been eyeing a KEF set up for awhile but this is better for my price range for the moment. Any advice would appreciated... |

I have polk mains and center, and I am happy with them, although I would caution against the subs. There's nothing wrong with them, but you can get a much better sub for that kinda money.

You may want to check out Axiomaudio.com. You could easily setup a system there on your budget that would outperform thye Polk setup. I would reccomend checking out a sub from another company, not because Axiom subs are bad, they just cost more then subs that perform better from SVS, HSU, or Velodyne.
