There are many device that will convert a VGA signal into a NTSC signal through either RCA or S-Video connections.

If your TV has component, there are some devices that will convert VGA to component. You must set your computer resolution to 640x480 and 60Hz which is equivalent of NTSC.

If your TV is capable of HD resolutions, then you can do some more things to get a nicer higher resolution picture on your TV. But this gets a little tricky and more involved.

640x480 60Hz is NOT NTSC, as the 60Hz part would make it 480P, get powerstrip, and use it's custom resoultion, and a VGA to Component adaptor for best results

well, that is correct and not correct. VGA (640x480) and NTSC video travel at the exact same VERTICAL frequency (59.94 Hz to be exact), so the information is similar, just...er...different. In the early days of non-linear editing, THAT was the resolution used to design video elements. However, a scan converter needs to do a lot of work to interpolate progressive VGA to interlaced NTSC information.
