DVD Player & 5.1 Speakers
Apologies but I am a newbie at all this hi-tech audio stuff. I recently bought a DVD player with 5.1 decoding and a set of Logitech Z-640 speakers. The speakers have 3 mini-jack connections for a sound card while the DVD player has RCA phono female connections for the six 5.1 channels.
Is there a way to connect the player and speakers and get good performance? At the moment, I'm using the 2 stereo channels on the player connected to the speakers via an adaptor supplied with the speakers (designed for games consoles). Thanks - Dave, UK |

all you need is three Stereo Mini to RCA converters. These can be had at any electronics store.
