Anyone ever "hang" a CRT TV?
I'm almost done putting together our house, and one of the last things I need to do is get the 27" CRT TV off the bureau and above the ground. I don't want to use a tV stand due to limited space. Anyone know any good hardware to hang a tv? Like a shelf or a bracket, the kind you see at gyms, etc.? Where can I get one?

My dad installed one of the wall mounted ones with a swing arm in the kitchen at my folks house. Its held for years, and I dont think it was too hard to install. Ill ask where he got it. One thing I have noticed is that the larger TVs tend to be mounted from the ceiling, I cant recall seeing anything larger than 20" mounted on the wall. I dont know if there is a reason for that, or if that even makes a difference to you.

You can get Cieling/Wall mounts at most consumer electronics retailers. We have hung 27" TV's at Best Buy stores for about 4 years now, and have never had a problem with it. Just make sure you get one rated for your tv, and use the stud...
