It's realy hard to say without hearing it first hand. Have you heard it? What kind of price range are we talking about here? What does it use for Amplification?

Its in another language, I do not even know what the brand is.
I also find it hard to believe those tower speakers can go down to 20Hz. That is really low for a non powered speaker.
