DDTS-100 Modification
I am thinking of buying a Creative DDTS-100. All I need it to do is to decode Dolby Digital (and EX) and ProLogicII. Would it make sence if I removed to guts and put them in a standerd width case. I going to be making a 7channel amp and a Preamp/selector, and it will match. So, what do you think?

Interesting concept. It seems like it would work... If you're adept enough with electronics, it could work
If you decide to do this be sure to take pictures of the entire project!

What exactly is this thing....? Do you plan on using it for games only to get surround sound on the computer? Or is it something to replace an a/v receiver minus the tuner stuff?
Sorry - but I'm a bit lost on this thing. (what's it cost too? ) |
