Pronto TSU3000 remote troubles - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

Hey all,

Anyone out there own one of these remotes? I'm having some trouble getting my gear to work with it. I had the 2000 and had no problems. Everytime I teach it an IR code, it says "ok", but when I exit learning mode it doesnt work with any of the gear.

any help would rock.

P.S. already called tech support. They knew less about the remote then I did.
