question about tv size.....

Ok I am thinking of picking up a new TV... the one I have is 20 years old and is only 19inch...

my question is my budget will only let me get a TV up to 27inch...can you really notice a difference between a 19 inch and a 27 inch?? Or is there not much notice in size of a screen when watching a movie... there’s only going to be a 7-8 inch difference from my 19 inch if I get a 27inch so will I notice the difference???

any help would be greatfull thanks....

As you say, you'll notice an 8 inch difference.

Seriously, though, I had a 19 a few years back, and now if I look at it, I can't BELIEVE how small it looks compared to the 27- and 32-inchers I'm now accustomed to.

The price difference isn't THAT great, so definitely go 27, or preferrably 32 if you can swing it.

Monster, what brand of tv did you have for 20 years? Lex's advice is right on. Good luck.
