Which brand of portable DVD player is best
I have about one-thousand dollars worth of Circuit City gift cards, (the relatives are way to lazy to buy me actual gifts for the holidays now, it's gotten to "here's some money or a gift card, get your own crap!") and I'm going to get a portable DVD player but I don't know what kind to get. I don't want to stand in Circuit City for an hour looking like an idiot. What kind of poratble DVD player is best? I have a couple that I like but I figured you guys would know better than I do. I hope I can get a few movies as well. Those Spongebob DVDs be calling me man!

The Panasonic ones seem to be some of the best for relibility. However, you should buy, based on which looks the best(and screen size and all that). It shouldn't take long to figure out which looks the nicest.
For my money though, when I buy a portable DVD player, I'm going to get a cheapo lap top with a DVD rom drive and a nice screen. There you have a 13-17in screen immediatly, and it can be cheaper than some of those portable players.
