Question about Regions and DVD Player
Maybe you can help me.
I have a Yamaha C750 DVD//DVD-A//SA-CD//CD player, and in the manual it states that this player will play DVD's with region codes: ALL Regions, Region 1 and Region 4, which I know to be Australia. This being noted, is this a region free player, meaning that I can play Region 2? Or can I only play Region 0, 1 and 4? Help would be appreciated!

Based on how the text is written, I would not expect this player to be region free. Why say it can read region one and four if it can read all regions?
So, I think that you've got a player that can read disc from region 0, 1 and 4, as you guessed. |

You practically have to check the back of R2 cases, but many R2 UK DVDs are coded for region 2 and 4.
