SA-CD hookup question

I'm going to get myself an SA-CD capable DVD player soon so I went out to buy some cables for an analog connection for SA-CD ( I don't have i-link) . I now have three sets of stereo RCA plug type Analog Audio cables .

One set will be used for the front L/R channels , another set for the surround L/R channels which leaves the last set where I have to hook up the center .

But what about the subwoofer channel ? Technically I should be able to use the left over connection that's on the same cable as the center shouldn't I ?
