The Ref on DVD?

Anyone heard if this movie is coming to DVD anytime soon. It is one of the best Christmas movies and stars Denis Leary and Kevin Spacey.

I know Obi. Im dying to get this flick on DVD too. But, like Ed Wood, I dont think it will ever come out. Its really a shame, cause this is like the best X-Mas movie ever!

I was watching my VHS copy last week and my girlfriend walked in and was like "YOU'RE watching VHS!?!"

My response was "Yeah, really."

I can't believe it hasn't come out on DVD yet.

I remember that it wasn't a big hit in theaters but when it came out on VHS, it got a lot of rental attention.

Add me to the list of those who would buy "The Ref" when it comes out on DVD.

I have the letterboxed laserdisc of the film, which will tide me over until a DVD release (which will happen sooner or later, thanks to Kevin Spacey's recent Oscar wins). I think it's a hilarious film that eerily forshadowed American Beauty in many ways.
