Fast and Furious Question

Gotta quick few questions about the first race scene...

At the end of the race, Dominick makes this comment about walker screwwing his engine with a "100 shot of NOS". My question is: IS 100 Shot a 100ci blast from the tank he had beside him, (wouldn't that use up the entire tank, and wouldn't that be very difficult to do in half of a 1/4 mile race?)

Second question, how come (this is purely a design question) dominick is the only one whose NOS switch is not mounted in his steering wheel, don't you think you'd want both hands close to the wheel when you get that boost?

Third: (again a design question) from what i've seen of NOS systems, aren't most designed to be used at full open throttle, ie connected to the accelerator and armed with a switch? or was I mistaken?

First one is easy. A 100 shot of NOS, is a 100 Horse Power boost in power.

Second, I know many racers that have the NOS button on the shifter.

Third, it is possible ( and safer ) to use Microswitches attached to the throttle and use NOS at full throttle, but it is possible to tune your motor to accept NOS to be used during Peak power output of the motor, or starting low with a multistage system, bringing on full power at peak power output. There are many ways to do it.

hope this helps
