question....

why do some dvd mvie freeze for 2 seconds and then startup again??? Just wondering.

That's called the "layer change". Most discs are dual-layered, which means that they can hold twice as much info. A good exampleof a disc that is not is Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves and you have to flip this disc over halfway through the film to finish it.:rar:
