I'm watching it right now, what is it like? What am I going to be seeing here? Anyone here like it?

It's definitely a film not for every taste. It isn't the conventional film with much of a story or plot. It's more of a poetic piece.

If you dont care about techinical things like colors, lighting, cinematography, than this film will bore you.

I liked it because those are things I'm interested in, and I think the cinematography by the legendary Vittario Storraro (Apocalypse Now, The Last Emperor) is elegant and wonderful.

The film is more of an impressionistic film, so moods and feelings are more important than thoughts and logic, if that made any sense.

Sam,
Have some patience. Watch the film and build your own judgement perhaps.
I have only seen the last 1/2 hour of the film and enjoyed it. It is very deliberately paced but seemed very emotional
