From what the flyer in the Season One set said, the Season Two set will come out first part of May, I would say May 7th. Apparently it will be like the Season One box set, with all the episodes
reproduced directly from the masters and with optional laugh track accompaniment. It's a shame there aren't any other extras in the set - there should be. Maybe by the time we get the final season (1982-83) set, they'll have a number of extras and bonus features on it.

I can't wait for all these to come out. I thought the quality of the picture was great. Hopefully the last season will have some extras like outtakes, behind the scenes etc... I searched a few places but did not see any exact dates on the season 2 release.

I agree! And all for about $30, even less at Best Buy! They look even better than the butchered edits that have been on FX and in syndication. And, you get to choose whether or not you want it with the canned laugh track or au naturel. Some of
the wilder episodes work better with the laugh track, some work better without. Of course, in some of the more serious episodes the laugh track was eliminated altogether, which was a good idea to begin with.

You're right, they should have something extra on later sets or at least on the final set, like the "Memories of MASH" documentary from several years ago. It had candid discussions on it and a look at
how the show translated into different languages across the world. Or they could do an all-new documentary just for the DVD. The only two who are
sadly missing are McLean Stevenson and Larry Linville, may their souls rest in peace, so they'd
have to use stock footage interviews for them.
