Unforgivens 2 theatrical trailers

I recently purchased Unforgiven this past Fri. night after almost a year of putting off buying it, and I notice that it is supposed to have 2 trailers on the disc but I can't find them.

Are the 2 trailers on there as "advertised "(lack of better word) on the back of the snapper or is it a case of "supposed to be there but isn't"?

Are the 2 trailers easter eggs? I just can't seem to find them at all.

I looked everywhere on the disc but I had no luck. I usually don't have any trouble finding trailers. In fact, I might say that this is a first.

Any help? Thanks.

I thumbed through my copy of Unforgiven last night for the 2 trailers mentioned on the back cover and came to the conclusion that the packaging is incorrect. There aren't any trailers at all on the disc.

The review of the disc here at The File confirms it.

Thanks for the info, Kenshiro.

I'm slightly disappointed, but I'll get over it. I usually like a dvd of mine to at least have a trailer with it, but I guess a person can't get everything.

What would William Munny think or Little Bill for that matter?

I can forgive Warner for this disc. Mainly because it was one of the first released in their library.

But it goes without saying that this film needs to be remastered and given special edition treatment. Especially considering the status that the film has acheived. Winning four Oscars, and is IMO one of Eastwood's best westerns.

In addition to an in-depth documentary, deleted scenes, outakes and TRAILERS for the film. An Eastwood, Hackman, Freeman commentary would be priceless.

Warner would also get my admiration if they'd remaster the film, using better compression techniques which are now commonplace for DVD's, but weren't during the period which this disc was released. i.e. RSDL, possibly a DTS remix, and better authoring.

I'd trade in my current copy in a heartbeat.
