The Others - now apparently DTS-less!

Just been reading the review of The Others and I am puzzled as to why the DTS track is now missing

Why would you need a DTS track on this movie, it's mostly talk, 5.1 is sufficient enough. Then again I'm a member of the silent opposition to all that 7.1 and hanging yourself in the air for 8.1 speaker below set up...

I have the Region 3 release and that has a DTS track that is VERY effective.

Agreed it is mostly talking, but you hear all the whispers/scrapes of the furniture moving etc and the positioning is VERY effective too.

I've not listend to the DD5.1 track to compare though.

Unfortunately there are absolutely no extra's.

I am now undecided to "upgrade" to the new version of this excellent movie.

You could level that at Se7en: Platinum Series - but show me one person who would accept their copy to be without the DTS track?
