Can anybody tell me how to print the files I have got from dvdcoverart.net in the correct single keepcase size?

Can anybody tell me another place to get covers that site doesn't have and how to print those in the correct single keepcase size?

I had been looking and just stopped. Because they have the exact dimensions needed to make covers on their site, I just started making my own for the snapper cases I have. If I come across any other sites, I'll post them here.
