What dvds should I get?

my b-day is tuesday, and all I want is dvds. However, I don't know which ones to ask for. As of now, the only ones I can think of are Lock, Stock, and 2 Smoking Barrels, Simpsons season 1, and Memento: LE.

Here's My collection:

I looked at your collection. Here are some ideas:

Jaws
Duel
Out of Sight
The Limey
sex, lies and videotape
Notorious CC
Rushmore CC
Do the Right Thing CC
Big Trouble in Little China
Superman
Joy Ride
Say Anything
Ghostbusters
Groundhog Day SE
The Mummy Returns
Taxi Driver
Mad Max SE

Pre orders for LoTR and Monsters, Inc.

If you are so inclined, hold off on Fargo and Raging Bull for the SEs...

Any Paramount, Criterion or Universal you can think of because they tend to be more expensive... (A Simple Plan, Talented Ripley, Apollo 13, The Rock, etc)

Hope this list helps.

Definately go for Ghostbusters. I'd also say:

Groundhog Day SE
Beverly Hills Cop CE
Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai SE
Evolution SE
Ferris Bueller's Day Off (nice transfer)

Don't pass up Simpsons Season 1, either.

MGM listed Raging Bull SE at Studio Day. I think it will be out towards the end of the year.

Your collection rocks! We have a lot of the same stuff.

I'll second AnonomusBob's suggestions of Boogie Nights, Magnolia and Rushmore. Also, I suggest the Criterion edition of Monty Python's Life of Brian - it's a great disc of a great movie.

And buy every Simpsons DVD Fox puts out.
