I know that the Bond DVDs and Special Sets were discontinued. Any idea by which studio and when they will be re-released?

They were discontinued by none other than MGM. Apparently, they will be released again (maybe this time at reasonable prices, I love Bond films, but charging Criterion prices for them is criminal), after "Die Another Day" comes out, most likely.

yeah, they'll have to do a big re-release when the die another day dvd is released. i don't think they'd be adding much stuff onto the older titles though.
