I'm like you, I haven't heard anything official on the release of Twin Peaks' second season on DVD. I did hear one rumor some months back that the second season would be split into two sets to form separate sets, but that's all I've heard on it. While you're at it, be sure to pick up the Region 0 DVD of the pilot episode - you should be able to get it really inexpensively through an eBay auction.

Yeah, I already picked up the pilot... I might get the R1 Fire Walk With Me disc - I own the R0 Second Sight version that is completely bare of extras, no trailers - just chapter stops - good A/V - but no subtitles in the Red Room, or iin the disco....

Patience, patience! While some studios have announced titles for December (Universal's BTTF trilogy), there's still plenty of time to make title announcements. Last year many studios announced titles for November and December in late August.

I've also heard that Artisan was planning to release the second season in two sets--maybe they can release the sets at the same time?

Now if only Warner would consider releasing the pilot on DVD...
