Anybody have an opinion about this movie? I never saw it and would like to know if it's worth a blind purchase, rental or should I avoid it like the plague?

I'm picking it up blind when I go to Target later tonight.

My grandma, who I'm living with this summer, said she really enjoyed this one at theaters. If it wasn't for that, I would probably be renting it before buying.

In other words, it's a chick flick.

Regards,
Amanda

I haven't seen it, but with the mixed reviews I read (and the fact Kevin Costner is the star :barf: ) I'd say to go with a rental. It's supposedly not everyone's cup of tea.

I have heard some poor reviews of it. It sounds to me like the kind of movie Netflix was made for. Thats how I plan to see it anyway.

I've had the screener for about 1 month, the movie is just OK, not great, if you are a big Kevin Costner, you may like it, but I would rent it first, my wife liked it.
