Backordered!? - DVDfile.com forum for DVD, Blu-Ray, and HD-DVD

I just ordered the older Reservoir Dogs disc from Playcentric.com last night and I got an e-mail saying it is backordered today.

Is there any way to outright cancel it so I could pick it up somewhere else? Any other solutions? Can someone help me?:rar:

well... it's not released until 8/27.... isn't backordered the correct phase is should be in? (ie- they don't have it in stock yet... so it's on order to come in?)

Personally... I'd just pick it up on release day at the store.

I bought the old Live disc released in 1997. I saw that the newer disc has a very washed out color and wrong framing, so I opted for the older disc.

Backordered is when a place has to order more copies of the product. I don't know if the older disc is OOP, though.
