Need this answer quick, so any help is much appreciated.

In Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, what town houses Thunderdome? Is it "bartertown?" I remember the little midget asking "Who runs Bartertown?" Then Tina Turner being forced to say that he ran Bartertown. Am I right? Close? Off by a country mile?
