Major League.Trading Places.Playcentric ?

Since NO ONE where I live carried either of these titles I ordered them from Playcentric (my second order from them. First was Ultimate Toy Box). I now see that both have everything on the case in English & French. Playcentric ships from Buffalo (where I was born). Are these the infamous Canadian boxes since they are located just across the Falls from Canada or are all the boxes for these 2 titles in the US bilingual? If the US ones are not, does this mean that Playcentric always ships the Canadian version of dvds when available?

i recently ordered sopranos season 2 from playcentric, but received season 3 by mistake. after waiting DAYS for a reply to my e-mail, i was informed that i had to send the disks to an address in Oakville, Ontario and then they would send me the correct ones. i guess they're returns dept. is located in Canada, but the disks i received didn't have bi-lingual covers.

by the way, i will never do business with these bungholes again. crappy website, crappy customer service, and incompetent employess. i just hope there is nothing wrong with season 2 when i finally get it. i don't want to go through all this crap again.

I made one order. "The Emperor's New Groove" CE. It has the infamous yellow "Version francaise incluse" circle on the packaging.

I got lucky with the Ultimate Toy Box. I thought I had a problem with one supplemental feature not playing but it played on my nephews PS2 so it's a dvd compatibility problem which I'll remedy when I buy a new one. I emailed them about the problem though (7 days ago) and have YET to hear from them. 24 hour response, my ASS. Now this. I had a phone card with some minutes to burn so I found the Paramount Phone # on their website & the customer service girl said she'd send me English inserts for both covers but being as it is so new she didn't know if they have them yet but I'll get them as soon as they do. I will NEVER deal with Playcentric again either. No customer service phone number, and they take forever to answer email. It just isn't worth it.
