Canadian Monsters Inc. DVD Question
I read the review of the Monsters INC. disc on this site and it stated that there was a DD 5.1 SFX track only available on the widescreen version of the flick. I work with sound, in my job, to put people in different places (ie: a forrest, a night club, etc.). I would love to hear this track as a learning tool but I can't find it on the DVD. Is the Canadian release (the one I have) different than the other R1 realeses of this movie?
SIDE NOTE: Not that this makes much difference (to me) but there is no p&s version of the movie on the DVD only widescreen (I could care less about no p&s...It's just an observation). |

I could be wrong about this, but I believe they dumped the FX-only track in favour of a French language track in the Canadian version.

Yup, I can confirm that that the FX track was dumped for French. So if you want the isolated FX you'll have to double dip and get the US Region 1 edition too.
