Isn't that picture on the front page from Staying Alive?

On the dvdfile homepage, there is a picture of John Travolta that links to the Saturday Night Fever review. Isn't that picture from Staying Alive [1983] and NOT Saturday Night Fever? He's got a headband on for christ's sake!

Just wondering. That movie pretty much sucked.

Actuallt, I screwed up a touch, because the lyric says "I am down but I am far from over." I wrote "he's NOT far from over," which would indicate that he is indeed quite close to being over...

Stupidity or Freudian slip? You make the call.

You know, I've never seen Saturday Night Fever. The spoof in Airplane! was hilarious, though. I'll have to rent this when it comes out.

God...I love Stayin' Alive. Great piece of 80's cheese. And the English babe in it was HOT...didn't she end up on a soap opera afterward?

Good movie, despite the stupid last scene ("I wanna strut!"). Good songs, too: I actually thought - between this and Rambo: First Blood Part 2 - that Frank Stallone would have a "career".

Anyway, I'm glad Paramount's bringing this on the same day as SNF. I just wish they'd done the same with Grease 2, just for Michelle's outa control performance on the "Cool Rider" song.
