Howdy

I did receive some pre.iminary sales info on Shawshank for 10/21. However, note that for the past year and a half, a new date is announced every six months or so, and nothing ever materializes. So, I'm not holding my breath!

Ken Crane's has it listed as 10/12, but I agree it's a longshot

Those are good titles, let's hope they show up soon.

Personally I would sell my soul for a Babe SE (widescreen) along with the Babe, Pig in the City SE.

Sigh....

The only news on Saving Private Ryan is that Dreamworks has announced a "sell-through" Special Edition of the movie complete with Cast Interviews, an Introduction by "The Man", and even a Production Featurette, to be released in November. The only catch is that the release will be to VHS only. No DVD.

I guess Dreamworks just doesn't need the money right now that SPR on DVD could generate ...
