E.T. Question

This might sound like a Stupid question but by looking at the cover of E.T. The 2 Disc set how will you know if it is Full Screen or Widescreen? There is no place that it seems to show what version you are getting. Kmart has the movie for $14.99 I Hope they have the widescreen version and not just the Full Screen I can't wait to pick that up it's a steal. Thanks a lot

nope, in fact I wouldn't pay attention to the back grid, it doesn't even list the 1982 version on there.or even that disc 2 had DD5.1 and DTS5.1

Both Best Buy & Circuit City seem to have the 2-disc for $19.95, and the latter is giving a free 10-minute phone card with purchase.

The last time I went to Kmart for a DVD, there were only full screen editions available, so I had to leave empty-handed.

I think I'll try to price-match Kmart's price at Circuit City though.

Definately price match the $14.99 at Circuit City...

Also, from what I read there will be a sticker in addtion to the stats on the back, which are correct. The special features list is not however.

You just need to take in a copy of the K-Mart ad and show it to them. With Wal-Mart (where I do my price matching), I just walk in with the flyer and show it to them and never had a problem. Well, except Wal-Mart will only price match places within an hour drive time, I think.

A lot of times Wal-Mart even keeps the ads by the register, and all you have to do is mention so and so had it cheaper and they will give it to you. So if you forget the ad or whatver, ask!

Wal-Mart also supposedly has a "we beat their price" automatic thing. Beauty and the Beast was originally $19.99, but when K-Mart did the $15.99 thing, Wal Mart changed the price to $15 something, no ad neccesary. They did the same thing with Insomnia last week.

In other words, don't be surprised if they have ET for like $14.44 no ad needed.
