Suggestions for import DVDs?

I should get my new multiregion player in a week or so, so I'm starting to look into what titles to pick up. So far, I've got:
Lost Highway
Futurama
Delicatessen (haven't seen it, but I've been dying to)
The People Under the Stairs
Predator (maybe)
Salo (maybe)
Solaris
They Live

Does anybody have any suggestions for others? I'm mostly looking for domestic titles that are either unreleased in R1, or have better versions in other regions, although I am not opposed to foreign movie suggestions.

For R2 movies, I've previously used Blackstar.co.uk (once, for the "Extended TV" version of Lynch's Dune), but if anybody knows of a better site to use, I'll be happy to try it. For any other regions, I have no idea who to use, other than potentially Amazon.whatever.

Thanks in advance!

There's a useful site here in the UK dvdpricecheck that does what it says on the cover. From that I (and many many others) have found some great sites that sell disks all over the world. (For some reason though it doesn't always pick up on one fave of mine in it's price compare :CDWOW.) Using these sites has opened my eyes to what's available and cheap e.g. I was able to get Fight Club SE for £11 delivered (about $16) compared to £19 in the UK & last week I was able to find the original Apocalypse Now from a site in Belgium. Some days I really love the internet!

For R2 discs I always use Bensons World, cheap prices and best of all the shipping to the US is free

I would recommend Season 1 of the Family Guy, R2. Also, check out the movie "Withnail and I" It's a classic! The R2 version has a commentary featuring Paul McGann which is not present on the R1 Crieterion Collection.

Also, what kind of multi-region player are you getting? Be advised that all multi regions other than the Matala (or is it Malata?) player can't compress anamorphic images (so they appear stretched.) A widescreen TV, external PAL/NTSC converter, or Sony Wega with the 16:9 compression option is needed to circumvent this problem. (I use the Wega option myself.)

Thanks for the links, guys..

I'm getting the JVC XV-S502, which uses the same chip to convert PAL-to-NTSC as the Malata, and seems to be the only other player on the market in my price range that does the conversion properly. What it lacks is the X-Y scaling feature, but I'm not concerned about that. I'd probably never use it, other than just to mess around with it.

The R2 Solaris is a brilliant presentation.

For R2 Bensons is the best.

For R4 try.

Cool, thanks!

Regarding Solaris, I had forgotten that Criterion is releasing it domestically, so I'll probably wait to see how good the CC turns out, and buy whichever is better..

depends on how you want to watch Solaris.

Criterion are only releasing the original mono mix in Russian with improve subtitles.

The R2 has been remixed in 5.1 in Russian, French & English.

It's a hard call. Personally the R2 just wins cos sum times I don't want to read the subtitles and just listen to a dubbing. In an ideal world we could afford both.
