Heard about this on the news and i ordered it. The movie is about people making bum's fight each other for spare change and do weird pranks and stunts. The movie is very distastefull. So bad that the guy who made the movie was arrested. A very funny scene was called "Bumhunter" where a guy dresses up like Steve Irvin and hunts bums and wrestles the bums(like crocodiles). Visit bumfights.com for any details or ebay has some dvd copies. This movie is very twisted but funny. Has anyone heard of this?p.s. Ruffus the stunt bum rocks!

I heard of it, and seen parts of it but I didn't like it. Didn't the producers of the show go to jail or something? I remember reading something about it being an illegal prize fight of some sort.

Yea I have seen this and found it entertaining. Alot of my friends are really into it. It is really for people who like Jackass and that kind of stuff.

I don't condone this shit at all. They do more to homeless people than make them fight (which is bad enough). In one instance, they woke one man up by duct taping his hands and legs and throwing him into the back of their van, which, I believe is why some of them are in jail (or going there soon) - for kidnapping. It's absolutely awful what they do to these people, yet most seem to think it's funny or OK simply because they're just homeless people. It's absolutely cruel IMO.
It's one thing if a person makes a choice to endanger themselves (JACKASS), but to inflict these things on unsuspecting homeless people is just shitty. Don't support that shit by buying it.

It's really sad when people find this shit entertaining. Exploiting homeless people just shows that a good portion of humankind hasn't evolved.

I hope they stay in jail for a while.

Pathetic. They should make the 'masterminds' behind this live on the streets of NY for a week in january........ Maybe that would give them some perspective, if they'd survive
